After the fee is paid, we design your custom itinerary, refine it with your feedback, and then secure and manage your reservations. Before you leave, you’ll receive your final itinerary and travel documents.

Our service fee covers the research, design, and coordination required to create and service a custom European itinerary tailored to your travel style. This includes destination research, routing and pacing, hotel and experience recommendations, itinerary refinement, booking management, and pre-travel preparation. The fee must be paid before any itinerary work begins.

For the best availability and pricing, we recommend starting 6-9 months before travel. Popular destinations like Italy, France, Spain, and Greece book up early, especially boutique hotels and exclusive experiences. Last-minute trips may be possible, but options will be more limited.

No. We design full-service, packaged itineraries that are priced as a complete experience. Pricing is not broken down line by line. This approach allows us to build a cohesive trip with the right pacing, accommodations, and activities, and in many cases, itemized pricing is not available from our partners. Your proposal will outline what’s included, but individual components are not broken out separately.

Yes. We book the core components of your custom European itinerary, including hotels, trains, transfers, tours, activities, river cruises, and select flights. We also include travel insurance with our packages. We do not book flights as a standalone reservation, onr vacation rentals such as Airbnb or VRBO.

You’ll have access to support while you’re in Europe through a combination of Mindset Travel’s Denise Kubica, on-the-ground partners, and supplier assistance. If something unexpected comes up, you’ll have contacts available to help adjust plans, manage disruptions, or assist with changes as needed.

Our service is ideal for travelers who want a well-planned, comfortable, and thoughtfully paced trip to Europe without managing the logistics or details themselves. Most of our clients secure 4-, 5-, and 6-star accommodations, value expert guidance, and want a seamless experience from planning to return.

No. We provide full-service itinerary design and management from departure to return, which means we handle the complete trip: routing and hotels to experiences and logistics. This allows us to create a cohesive, well-structured itinerary that reflects your travel style and works smoothly from start to finish.

No. We’re not able to secure reservations using your points or miles. If you plan to use rewards for airfare, please book those flights directly, and we’ll plan the rest of your itinerary around your confirmed travel dates.

We assist with securing your travel insurance policy. We require travelers to secure travel protection to protect their investment and themselves. Our proposals include the cost of travel protection, and our travel insurance provider, Faye, offers the option to include Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage should you choose.
