You are paying for the 99 options I say “no” to, ensuring the “yes” I curate for you meets the standards your time deserves.

I design the transitions and navigate the pivots behind the scenes so your mental space remains clear. My fee is your insurance that you remain present in your day.

Alignment
We consult by phone, video, or email to define your preferences and priorities to ensure your vision aligns with my professional expertise and service.

I design and refine your itinerary from flights and hotels to transportation and experiences, then secure and manage every reservation on your behalf.

Presence
From pre-departure to your return, I remain present in the background. I manage the variables and handle the logistics so you can remain entirely present in the moment.
INVESTMENT
Professional Service Fees
Start at $1,250
Initiation
Our partnership begins with a signed agreement and a 50% initial deposit. This secures your place on my design calendar, initiating the development of your bespoke itinerary.
Refinement
The design fee includes two comprehensive rounds of revisions to the curated itinerary. This ensures we reach a state of total alignment on the pacing, properties, and experiences before moving to the final reservations.
Reservations
The remaining 50% balance is due upon the finalization of your itinerary. I then proceed with securing reservations on your behalf. Any significant structural changes requested after this point may incur additional design fees.
Transparency
To ensure total protection, all third-party travel costs are paid directly to the respective providers. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all curated journeys to protect your investment and ensure a seamless experience from departure to return.
